Living Hope Ministries

Mission Minneapolis

Each summer, youth groups come for a week of serving at Living Hope. They partner with us in reaching out to our community with the love of Jesus, through activities such as work projects, sports camps, Vacation Bible School, prayer walking, and street evangelism. Some groups return year after year. It’s always exciting to see how God uses these teams and how He grows them as they get out of their comfort zones, work together, and use their gifts.

We are looking for about 40 people per week from June 14th to July 17th to help with work projects at our new facility and lead evening kids programs.

If you are interested in bringing a team to serve at our site during the summer or another time of year, please contact Steve Moen at You can also learn more from this brochure.

Testimony from a Youth Pastor

"Our Missions week to Living Hope ministries was the most fruitful, most challenging and most productive missions trip I have taken our students on, ever. The students were placed in the wonderful tension, of having of having the ministry responsibility on "their
shoulders” through teaching, preparing and running VBS. This left me as a pastor to do what I really want to do on missions trips—coach stressed students who are responsible to teach the Word of God. It was wonderful to have the student in this position. None ofthem could sit back and relax. They had to work hard and rely on God. It was wonderful.

"Steve’s leadership was evident. Living Hope is not a chaotic mess where the"clients” run the place, but is orderly and well run. This gave our students the security and freedom to teach and minister the word. This was very good."

-Eric, Youth Pastor

Testimony from a Student

"While on my missions trip this past summer at Living Hope Ministry I experienced true fellowship and devotion to God. I feel like I really was able to connect with the kids at our sports camp and also to connect with God. Through this experience I have grown in my faith and I know that I was able to show others God's love, which is truly the best thing of all."
